Please note that your product must be covered under a valid maintenance contract to receive support. Otherwise, you will be notified of maintenance contract renewal options.

Product Registration

DVStation customers are entitled to receive software updates, technical support and other services. To receive support services, you must first register with Pixelmetrix. Click on product registration to register.

Repair Returns

All goods returned for repair to Pixelmetrix must be accompanied with a Return Material Authorization. Goods received without an RMA number will be returned to the sender, collect, unopened.

To request an RMA number, please contact Pixelmetrix Support via email at support@pixelmetrix.com or supportna@pixelmetrix.com (North America only).

In your email, please specify:

  • Item name
  • Item serial number
  • Name & serial number of separate parts (eg if returning a hard disk, indicate the model and serial number of the mainframe the hard disk was taken from)
  • Original sales order number (if available)
  • Your contact details (name, address, telephone, fax, email)
